  1. When will be for the R1?

After the R1 ships. They don't always get cameras ahead of official ship date, so they can ensure they match the CAD stuff they do get. I have asked for one, and they'll let me know when it'll ship. I'll most likely get a "prototype".
  2. I do fear for smallrig. I love their kit, it is really well made and well priced. I have quite a few of their small items as well as clams and video lights. What worries me is just how big their portfolio has grown. I have seen quite a few companies fall into the trap of trying to make everything for everyone the latest being a PC water cooling company. I am just not sure how sustainable it is to have so many SKU’s and all the tooling to make them etc. I really hope I am wrong as I do like all the products I have from them.
