With Neuro's outstanding non-recommendation added to my personal experiences with them (very delayed non-delivery and lack of communication), I will look elsewhere n the future.

I haven't spoken to Breakthrough Photography in eons, I have no idea what happened to them. I'll drop an email though and see what's what.
For filters, I'm all in on Maven Filters, and have regular communication with Michael. He has some new stuff coming in Q4.
