Does anyone have the same problem with EOS R3?

I do on-off while shooting few hours / I never use 30fps (so far cut is max 7 or 10 shots in settings) / only Canon batteries/ Camera reset is done many times, but I don't try want to try 10000 shots just to test it without my own settings/ I have lot of my settings that I did send also to Canon to test for, perhaps they did not even try those. I did open ticket last January - so 2 firmwares tested.

Send them the camera today. If you're CarePAK or CPS, you'll have an answer pretty quickly and may be able to procure a loaner.

I suspect Canon asked you to send in your camera. That’s their normal procedure when they can’t reproduce something. Did you?

Canon has not been able to reproduce the problem with their own R3,
so "there is no problem".
If they can’t see the problem on their camera, and you don’t send in your camera so they can’t see it on yours, what are they supposed to fix?

FWIW, I had an analogous issue when the 1D X launched, a problem that was clearly (to me) a firmware bug. Canon’s response was that they couldn’t reproduce it, so I should send my camera in for them to check. Instead, I was able to identify the specific (unrelated) setting change that triggered the bug. With that, Canon could reproduce it themselves, and it was fixed in the next firmware update.

I don't look at folders either, everything is set to see subfolders. So I just click the card and import.... I never look at the card. I always format (not quick format) the card in Windows and then low level format when the card goes back in the camera.

I'd submit the issue to Canon. If they can't reproduce it at the local service level, it needs to be escalated, which they do or should do. Canon also doesn't say "there's no problem" because they can't reproduce it on their service camera. They will be able to reproduce it on your camera.

How old are the cards? Or how abused have they been? As you know, there is absolutely nothing out there about this issue.

I don't see it mentioned, but it happens on both card slots?
Cards are 1Y old - CFExpress builds extra folders (Sandisk or Sony) , not SD - Card not in hard use as Pro's .
