RF 28mm f/1.4L VCM and RF 35mm f/1.2L USM

I am the only one who thinks Canon RF 35mm 1.4 L is too big for a 1.4? Doesn't look good for 1.2 model.

Maybe. It's about the same size (very slightly smaller) as the EF 35/1.4L II, and the RF version is substantially (>25%) lighter.

The R8 has the body of a RP, the sensor of a R62, and AF of a R5. So yes it is a Franken- camera but it is nice.

The R5 AF is 2 generations behind the R8, it can’t do tracking in all modes and it lacks automatic subject detection.
