As usual, Canon tops Lensrentals rented products both overall and for lenses and bodies by a large margin over Sony and Sigma.

Always surprises me that Nikon rates so low on these - does it have less pros these days?
Who are the main renters, I wonder? Lots of prosumer stuff being rented. That good old reliable workhorse the 5DIV is right up there along with the 24-70 and 70-200mm at the top.

The list was pretty much as expected, except for the appearance of the GoPro 7 on the top of the new gear list! I can think of lots of stuff I would rather rent, but then again I have always claimed that we forum users do not reflect the masses in the real world

And to expand that thought further - I think there is always a potentially interesting split between those who are renting for business purpose s- i.e. have a shoot on, and need an 'xyz', as opposed to those who are renting perhaps more casually because they want to try something out before they buy it - so I would expect there will be a combination of professional work horses taken out and then 'new' products someone just wanted to try...
