R5 record button will not work when attaching Novoflex Nikon F lens adapter to R5. Anyone know why?

My R5 will record just fine when using any of my RF lenses. But when I attach my Novoflex Nikon F lens adapter with Nikon lens to my R5 it will not record.

Not positive, but assuming the 'shutter' setting applies to video as well as stills, make sure Customization menu 4 is set to release shutter without lens ON.
