Anybody aware of this?
...I had a lousy experience with Adobe something like twenty years ago (Photoshop Elements 3.0?).
They screwed up something and I basically lost any ability to use the product.
Customer service was worse-than-zero.
But my-oh-my and goodness gracious--their products are mainstream and for the most part, great.
