Hi everyone.
TLDR:
1/ The LrC Preset did the job unless you want to crop the image. Saving time, Hardware resources and hard drive space.
In most cases the finalizing touch to every image as long as they are close to theirs original crop.
2/ The LrC Enhance DeNoise did a better job, but at the cost of time and hard drive space.
Would use it when I have to half-crop an image if I need to.
....
3/ Topaz Photo AI failed miserably & epically on this randomly chosen image on not the so noisy ISO 800.
TBH have no idea why - usually it performs much better. But it always fails with the hair denoising and other similar details.
Last month there was a preset here for denoising optimized for Canon R5 m2 with EF 70-200 via 2x Kenko converter (that is why it is @5.6). I had to test it. So here are my results with the newest possible versions of LrC & Topaz Photo AI (TP AI).
I find that TP AI did a terrible job of denoising ISO 800. However both the Lr Preset and the Enhanced Denoising did well.
That being said I like both solution and would use each in a different situations.
The preset is applied in less than a second on the original image (non-destructively) and the LrC creates a new DNG file double the size of the original and depending on your GPU may take 15-35 ( or even more) seconds to finalize.
Please note that I've posted the original with Auto Exposure adjustments and a few AI Masks. It is both in original size and a crop where the noise is obvious.
So basically I would recommend the Preset. It comes with extensive amazing documentation why and how is made including. I must admit that for me the ReadMe is enough for the $20.

Problem Files: If you have a particularly noisy and problematic file, you may be better off using a third-party Noise Reduction program in addition to the ISO-specific pre-sets I have created. I am currently using both Lightroom AI Denoise and Topaz De-Noise for any file that is particularly problematic in addition to the ISO-specific pre-set. Think of the ISO specific pre-set as a starting point for problem files. Don’t try and apply them to a file you have already processed and expect a magical result.
The original 45 MP image
(1/1000 f/2.8L IS II USM)
1/1000 sec-at f / 5.6, ISO 2000,190 mm
And here are the results:
The worst was Topaz Photo AI 3.2.0 here are the settings followed by the result:
One should also has in mind that Size does matter sometimes....
The final results are:
And particularly interesting is just the quality DeNoising:
