And no one going to say DJI did NR in order to increase DR....Only Canon gets that "TREATMENT"

People say it about plenty of brands/devices. Canon's guilt is not diminished by someone else being guilty of it.

Everyone does not. Some very basic searching will show you plenty of examples.

Every single camera seems to do it according to Photon to Photos but I have not checked every camera in existence.
Please provide an example of one that does not.
