Keep in mind that anything you view on instagram is brought to you by "The Algorithm", which has likely tagged you for liking photography. Also, if you want to attract clients, you aren't going to put "unprofessional photographer" in your bio ;)

Thank you, sir. I completely understand how it works, I'm a developer. BTW I was looking for "Canon R6 Mark II" intentionally there. I don't remember if I put any word specifying the region. Instead, I got gazillion of photos from India. Some of them were kinda OK for the local market, some with "forced creativity" that looks pathetic, to be honest. My favorite scenes are shots with photogear boxes, sellers, and sometimes whole families of those who purchased them. I think you've got the idea it's something that does not require to put "unprofessional photographer" in their bio.
Just in case. You shouldn't treat my comment as aggressive, bullying, or something of that kind. Just a matter of fact.

I wonder if it's something specific to India, I remember being in Brazil 15 years ago and a lot of the people I worked with had point and shoot cameras. But thanks to the protectionism of the Brazil market, imports would get heavily taxed, which led to people only buying a single card for their camera. And a lot of people didn't have a personal computer back them, so showing pictures was all done through the back LCD. And if you ran out of storage, you had to delete some pictures...

The boxy pictures could be the local equivalent of tapping things with fake nails and whispering 'Mercedes', which is also something I fail to understand :)

Small, full frame, RF mount camera along the lines of the Sony A7 C series. I would like a Canon RF compatible second body that is lighter and smaller than my R5. I would buy one of these as soon as it was announced.

Not for for video needs, I still use my original M and M6II and like the space saving of not having an EVF. For most of the family pictures with the R8 I don’t use the EVF either.
When I used the M50, the EVF drove me nuts, it distorted like crazy and gave me a headache. I strongly suspect that model only has an EVF to make it look more ‘professional’, it’s certainly not there to be used.

The majority of people isn’t going to use large and heavy lenses on such a camera, so the stability argument goes out the window as well. So I’ll take a smaller, cheaper camera over one with an atrocious token EVF.

FWIW, the R8 EVF is a joy to use.
