I just wanted to let you know, that the EOS R6 Mark II will be getting a massive discount in the EU tomorrow.

So if you're in the market, tomorrow will be a good day. It's going to be cheaper than the USA price, even with the VAT and exchange.

No word from the UK or the USA as of yet.

On sale in the USA as well - $1999 (~~$2499~~). Refurb is down to $1759.

This is true, some discounts are indeed massive in the EU, yet, grey market prices are still often lower.
It's worth taking the time to compare. The R6 II price, after Black Friday + Canon cashback is very tempting (AC Foto in Germany, for instance).

R6ii is £1560 (=€1870, $1950) including the 20% vat on the grey market. Black Friday price here from Canon or WEX is £2779 - £780 discount = £1999. The pricing is just a joke, a sick one.
