Hello everyone! have the r6 ii for a year now and i had random freezings that they dont fix until i take the battery out! send it to canon but the could not replicate that! anybody knows anything about it

Random freezes have occurred in Canon cameras since the original R5 came out. Other brands have freeing issues as well. It happens to some cameras, but not all. Nobody has been able to find the exact cause, as far as I know. You did exactly what you need to do, remove battery and re-insert.

seen online some replaced the cirquit board as this is what caused it but in some cases(canon identified that problem) the problem was seen again! so is this a softare or hardware related problem?
