Welcome to Day 3, and the number of days before Christmas is starting to run low. The third day is three French Hens. This is a more complicated subject than I originally thought. Have a read here.
Since the subject is three, here are things you may want to consider having three of if you don’t already.
Flashpoint eVOLV 200 Pro II TTL With Round Head Kit
This kit is the same as the Godox AD200 Pro but is sold under Adorama’s brand. The best part is that it’s a great deal and on sale. Get a few of these flashes, and you can take portraits anywhere. It includes many light modifiers that allow you to control the light to match your vision. Would I buy three of these? Absolutely. They are certainly far better than the 580EX’s that I used to use.
Getting this kind of kit for $470 or even more just a decade ago would have seemed like pure wizardry.

Memory Cards
If you have been following my posts here for the last year (or more), you’ll realize this is a big topic for me. Memory cards are like miniature SSDs and NVMe drives, which means they can wear out. The more active you are with your shooting, the more cards you should have, and the quicker you should rotate them out of use. Unlike SSD drives, you don’t have SMART diagnostics to tell how much life your cards have.
So I recommend people do this more often than we do (guilty as charged!), replace or rotate in new cards every year.
Since I don’t know what cameras y’all have, I will put two cards in here, a Compact Flash Type B and an SDXC card – so something for everyone. This is something you should get three of.
